The Challenge
The center had years of experience and a loyal patient base, but Marivel wanted to grow its digital presence and attract new clients with a more strategic, professional communication strategy.
Despite a strong reputation built on word of mouth, its online presence lagged behind. Instagram lacked consistency and the website was outdated and unmeasurable. With no clear pathways to convert new visitors or appear in local searches, the center struggled to expand its audience.
Marivel came to us with a clear goal: reflect the warmth and professionalism of the center in a strong, consistent digital presence, within a limited timeline and budget.
The Solution
We built a multi-channel strategy to boost visibility, reinforce brand trust, and improve lead generation, while staying true tone patients already knew and valued.
On social media, we created a cohesive visual identity with custom templates and a steady stream of content: carousels, reels, stories, and expert-driven posts. A collaboration with a local influencer and TV personality helped amplify reach and build credibility with new audiences.
We restructured the website to better represent the center's positioning, and added conversion-friendly elements like FAQs and tailored contact forms. We also set up Google Analytics and Search Console to enable future measurement.
To support organic growth, we launched a blog with SEO-optimized articles targeting relevant searches in Montevideo, positioning the center as a transparent, approachable source of information on treatments, pricing, and benefits.
We also refined existing Google Ads campaigns by improving keyword targeting and adjusting audiences based on analytics, resulting in higher-quality traffic from active searchers.
Finally, we produced an institutional video with real visuals and a voiceover by Marivel, capturing the spirit of the clinic and serving as a central storytelling asset across web, social, and ads.
